Excellent company and team - no drama, just good interesting work
Pros
I really enjoyed working for Vodafone and if it wasn’t for a relocation to another country, I would have continued to work there. Pros are: - culture - friendly, cooperative, focusing on creating new products and services for clients - flexibility (working from home) - good maternity and paternity leave (including coming back working 4 days for 6 months while paid full salary) - interesting projects where you see your results displayed on the app or in store - feels great! - if you do a good job, you are actually valued and appreciated- people say thank you for doing your job well - people are generally nice, teams work well and focus on getting the job done, instead of politics or drama - perks include discounts on mobile contract for you and family / friends
Cons
- salary may be lower than in consulting or other industries but it’s worth it given the pros
