      Avoid Vodafone UK.

      Pros

      They have stripped them all. None. I now hate my job and the company despite loving my first few years.

      Cons

      Flexible working has been scrapped. The company now monitors your whereabouts and your access pass usage to check you are working your full hours and are in the office all the time. No longer a good share scheme (discontinued). They do not pay out much on bonuses due to awful company performance. The pay out for 16/17 equated to around 0.5-1% of your annual salary. Peanuts. Awful senior management that are more concerned with playing politics than turning company performance around.

      Ability to work from home No phone bills

      Cons

      Hot desking policy does not work well - no facilities for monitors or keyboards - employees experiencing RSI and and other related repercussions which is ignored People not always rewarded on merit - very subjective performance management based on the bell curve which pits peers against each other Very little training even when moving into a new role - expected to pick it up as you go along Outsourcing makes it very difficult to get things done - sometimes impossible to find the person you need to help you Presenteeism culture
