      Good to start, but you are just a number

      Pros

      The hire people with low or no experience, so it is good to start. Coworkers are friendly, they are in the same situation as you.

      Cons

      You are just a number, a resource, and they can do with you as they please. It is impossible to advance in the career because the “Savia” program asks for impossible evidences to prove you are worth past certain position.
