      Pros

      - great collaborative culture - ability to make a difference in an emerging industry (HealthTech) - huge amount of employee benefits, breakfast and lunch, social events - modern workplace with nearby subsidised parking

      Cons

      - VALD isn't for everyone - you will be challenged and it isn't a place to cruise from 9-5 - scaling quickly which means you need to be comfortable with change and ability to adapt to the growth

      Trips to Australia, flexible hours, mostly good people below the managerial level

      Cons

      Anyone posting a high review here is choosing to be blind to the ongoing problems with this company. It’s all churn and burn, they don’t care who’s working for them. If you aren’t a sheep, you’ll be ostracized. Want to have your own opinions and be respected? Forget about that. Want to be compensated well for your efforts? Not a chance - the salaries are laughable and many people have stated they haven’t been paid their earned wages. This company would crumble without their investors.

      Pros

      The company knows where it is heading. Is growing so we are putting on people not laying off like Swyftx where 2 of my friends just got redundant. Here we get to take ownership of my work and people respond. Also the culture is bang on like Mint coffee bar and food.

      Cons

      The air conditioning is good inside but some days it is hot for the warehouse staff. They are troupers
