The perks: the barista-made coffee, chef-cooked breakfast and lunch, half basketball court, full gym on site. This environment is just one of many reasons to love VALD. 4. The leadership: co-founders of a company as big as VALD don't have to be the first in and last to leave each day. It's refreshing to work for those who lead from the front. 5. The future: VALD's products are increasingly being used by the best and brightest professionals in sports medicine, performance, and health around the world. Being a part of the operation that makes this technology available to more people around the world will only help to improve health and performance outcomes the globally!

The passion that I witness daily at VALD is next to none. This company, unlike many I've worked at before, has people who genuinely care about their work and give a lot of themselves to ensure that our clients are receiving the best of the best so that they are able to make a difference within their communities. So much so you see the executive and senior management teams drop everything to support and assist teams when they are in need (e.g. building the tech in the warehouse) so to better support our clients. To coincide with this passion for the product and clients is a passion for fun, a genuine care for each other, and a candid approach to problem solving. Although I admit this isn't for everyone, it is for me. There are so many other great benefits to working at VALD like the food, coffee and access to a gym. Although these are unreal, I see them as a representation of something much more than just a delicious addition to my day - I see it as an embodiment of the culture the execs are trying to create and the care they have for people to genuinely enjoy their work so they can give their all. Work here if you're willing to give your all to the company and are happy to be in an environment that is changing and growing.
