Outside of the awesome perks, management makes it extremely apparent that they are here for your career progression. They will work with you to make sure you are progressing the way you need to in your career. From the top down, the culture of putting the community first, growth, and working together as one overall team is absolutely apparent. It really is an awesome company to work for.

This is a company with a super inspiring mission that's genuinely trying to make the world a better place, and the success of the company is directly tied to the extent to which it's able to achieve that mission. Good work-life balance, facilitated by things like WFH Wednesdays and a relatively flexible remote work policy. The leadership team is highly committed to the company's mission, and you can see that through their words and actions every day. The CEO keeps reiterating that our goal is to "do well by doing good." The Engineering organization, in particular has made remarkable strides in the past few years. In many places, we're using the latest and greatest technologies and architecture patterns, and in most of the areas where we're not, we have concrete plans to start doing so soon. While there's always room to improve, we're on a great trajectory.
