full remote, flexible hours, modern aws stack

Cons

1. the company changed its remote-first slogan (back to Offices) 2. no updates on contractor rates, even for the inflation (only for fulltime US workers) 3. tech stack Zoo in many depts 4. too many migrations due to top managment turn-over - every new CTO comes with own team and migrate to different tech stack 5. top-managers don't spend dev time for tech-dept issues, they only present new features and migrations => global tech debt increasing..

fantastic team, great culture on the team, strong leader/director level and manager is awesome

Cons

lack of direction from senior/executive leadership results in pivots constantly. hard to keep up and it feels like we're doing the same thing over and over in 2-3 year cycles
