      Pros

      Everyone really is empowered by the mission that work is no longer a place

      Cons

      Micromanagement and many unnecessary reviews with the CEO and multiple players of management. The CEO is too involved in the day to day minutiae and not with the vision and strategy. Also, they replaced their CFO and CAO with the General counsel, who has no finance/IPO Experience.

      Pros

      free food all the time, work from home Wednesday, company events , cool down to earth people to work with.

      Cons

      work/work balance. high turn over rate without the urgency to replace key people and the uppers wonder why things are not done right all the time. Low pay compare to what the market is offering. Too many chiefs not enough Indians.
