Pros

Upwork has a good social mission and a fun and energetic corporate culture. Good open door policy by taking away personal offices. You can work right next to the CEO. Fun events, free lunch every day, Wed is work from home. Everyone is working for the same goal, so there is a lot of cross functioning.

Cons

Internships did not lead to full time positions, so that was disappointing because I loved working there.

Thanks for your feedback! We very much want our internships to be a route to full time roles. Let's keep in touch as you finish school (assuming you returned for another year or two....if not let me know!).
