      Pros

      Fair HMO with good MBL and 2 free dependents Accessible to public transpo Wide parking space Ambient workspace Very minimal salary disputes Lots of fun outside work activities Good for BPO shifters and those starting in the IT industry

      Cons

      If you want to add dependents on your HMO, they won't allow it even if you shoulder the expenses, with the exception of a certain someone who's had 4-6 dependents LOL Unjust workload Expansion without additional heads Delayed responses/actions from HR/Payroll Promotions are based on loyalty and/or face value, not competency
