      Pros

      There are some genuinely good people/teams here, though most have left/are leaving the company.

      Cons

      Demoralizing experience for employees who work hard but never see positive results. Only consistent revenue is from legacy mainframes, and of course that will continue to quickly decline. Crackpot senior execs constantly change "strategic" direction to save this sinking ship. However, same greedy senior management is clueless as to how to turn this relic of a company into a modern technical consultancy. No innovation = no future.

      Pros

      Separate personal workstations. No sharing of desks of equipment. Ability to express yourself at your desk (within reason) hanging posters and putting picture frames up at your desk so you feel more at home. A competitive salary for technical support. Maternity Leave (Short-term disability). A lot of amazing people to work next to.

      Cons

      Changes on pay and bonus structure that puts the entire team, including management, on edge. Consistent secretive behavior about where the company is and how this particular site is doing. Low work moral. Little change of actually meeting the client, as I can only assume we are far too "common" to be graced by their presence. I feel as if I have been held back only due to the fact that I am good on the phones and they do not want to lose another head to these contracts.

      Pros

      Driving your own vehicle. It's better than homelessness

      Cons

      Excessive monitoring. Frustrating tools. Broken processes, everything takes far more steps than it should. Generally being treated like a waste of flesh. Poor pay. No raises. Extremely poor management
