      A small big multinational

      Pros

      Great place to work. very employee orientated. US company with more than a hundred years with a great portfolio. Innovative and IT. Good numbers per employee. This is a small big multinational. work and life balance is very good. Is getting more and more global.

      Cons

      Very focus on US Market and UK in Europe. Other continental countries are struggling to develop the portfolio. To small in Spain (500 employess) to deal and win big sales. This is not a business consulting anymore and now focus on IT and a few clients and markets which some may find it a pros....
