      Pros

      They issue their paychecks on time. They get your W2 to you in early January, ensuring early tax filing. The benefits aren't entirely terrible.

      Cons

      They don't give raises. There is no opportunity for advancement. Upper management doesn't even pretend to care about the wellbeing of their employees. The corporate culture of this company is sickening and demoralizing.

      Has no idea what they are doing

      Pros

      Laid back, no micromanagement, clean work environment, nice co-workers, certificate reimbursement.

      Cons

      This place is a mess. NO TRAINING! Network structuring is non-existent. Still using hardware manufactured before 2000, also running old operating systems. These outdated machines are used as access points from outside of the network with known security issues. Found numerous holes within the network that could be easily exploited, reporting them to network engineers had no effect, probably because the company is too understaffed to deal with it. Management is blunt about no raises, but expects more throughput. Never had a team meeting, not once. Moving up is considered a joke. Innovation dies here, if you want your IT career to stagnate and die, work for Unisys or a bank.

      People below the senior executive are dedicated and professional putting in many additional hours of effort every week to support a company that's lost its way.

      Cons

      The local executive team are aloof and disinterested in anything that doesn't make them money and demanding more from people without giving back.
