Pros

Package is decent. Not high but better than most service companies. Hike only depends on your team. Some teams get a good hike and some teams seldom get any. WFH is available. Free transportation. Flexible timings. Less pressure. good to start your career with. After 3 years with unisys, there is nothing interesting to work and its a boring place to work. technologies are mostly outdated.

Cons

Technology outdated. Poor management. poor decision making capability.

Glassdoor seems to sort reviews based on ratings in descending order. So to ensure this review does not get lost the fake reviews by Unisys strateggist, I am rating this review 5 star - read on for the actual facts! None, none, none. You can search all you want and you will find no pros. If you do then you are either a stooge of the leadership or the leadership itself busy cooking up a front. This is what they do best. Fake it, steal credit, backstab and hang on until they can relocate to the US.

Cons

This company is a political menagerie. Nobody cares about project or company success beyond the tips of their nose. All good people leave. And the lousy ones stay back and create fake reviews. The leadership person is a political animal. He has done nothing worth a dollar in revenues for the company. Hee is a glib talker who has been conning the company leadership for ages. He is somehow trying to emigrate to the US. He will make sure none of the crap sticks to him until he escapes.
