      I'm still thinking about an answer.

      Cons

      The culture is changing such that citizens are being allowed to be discriminated against and there's nothing that seems to be able to be done. They think that experience in one technology or one language deserves a senior position. The up and coming culture only trusts the members of their culture and they WILL gang up and lie. And the courtesies about not speaking foreign languages in a business environment, out the window.

      it is really good working from home, and the people are very nice.

      Cons

      company does not seem to be making a profit, and as a salary increases have been delayed for 3 months, incompetence of certain senior managers, not enough competent staff.

      Pros

      Location to pay ratio is good. Employees assistance programs are top notch.- HR is always available. Your coworkers are truely a cohesive force to get the job done.

      Cons

      Management is reactive instead of proactive. The background check company they use needs to be revamped. Slow to increase employee salaries. Catagorizes employee's by status not by experience.
