      Great work-life balance. Rather u can focus 100% on your life. U can also start a side business as you will get lot of free time!

      Cons

      If you want to spoil your career and get into a quagmire where there is nothing but despair and uncertainty you are most welcome to join Unisys. Its a dying and decaying Organization filled with senior citizens . they dont care much about adopting new culture, new technology. There is very little work which will ensure that you forget everything you knew rather than acquiring more knowledge. learning is zero rather negative..Most of the folks dont come to Office and Work from home giving the office a dull old-age home type ambiance.People come to offc at 12 and leave at 4. so to cut the story short, if you want to lower your knowledge and screw your career prospects pls join Unisys India :)

      Great collegues. I loved working for this company becuse of the people that I worked with.

      Cons

      No job security at Unisys. The company keeps getting more contracts work but they outsource all of them to third parties. You hear about layoffs atleast once every few months. Uppr management onlyl cares about numbers not their employeees. I was told that I would be working on a project for several years but I got layed off few weeks before my anniversary date. Also, they outsource all the jobs to third parties/overseas.

      Pros

      If you show initiative, you can go far in this company. I've worked in both sales and product management. The work life balance is far better than my last company.

      Cons

      The change over to the new CEO is causing chaos like I've never seen. His first quarterly call to the street, he committed to laying off 8% of the work force. True enough, there have been layoffs, as would be expected. But there has been zero communication as to if the layoffs are over, or if there are more to come. On top of that, there seems to be no communication on how these layoffs align to any change in direction for the company, or in fact, what the new direction is. No raises, ever. And very little bonus in the past two years.
