      Lack of vision and strategic leadership - a "sleeping giant" can only be in decline for so long and still hold out hopes of recovery.

      Pros

      Unisys provides tremendous opportunities for motivated individuals to excel in their career. Senior Management provides the flexibility for people at Unisys to work in the areas that interest them the most.

      Cons

      The flexibility of senior management can sometimes be seen as apathy or just a lack of being able to help focus an organization on specifc goals. We continually try to re-invent ourselves to the detriment of Unisys branding and name recognition.
