Pros
1. More than double salary as compared to service based company but not like a typical good product based company. 2. Wifi bill reuburshment,table chair bill reimbursement and transportation is free also. 3.work from home 4.good if you want just want fun and not worried about your future. 5.your ctc and inhand salary is almost equal.
Cons
1.no growth 2.seniors knows less than you.(in my team atleast) 3.mininal hike 4.no learning 5.struck in a dead end job 6.internal job posting are for name sake 7.no work life balance including no learning Dont come here thinking you will learn.they pass most of their time writing some email and Copy pasting from one place to another. and think they are doing engineering.
