A decent company to work for and Unisys has good products. Now a days the upper management is good. They are able to get good projects. Organisation is now moving to cloud and IOT solutions. Now a days, Unisys is more of a service based company, but they do have good products.

Cons

Sometimes freshers are put into projects where they have to deal with legacy technologies. You don't get anything else apart from your pay. Might get stuck in the same project for a very long time

Good work culture. Transparent and supportive team. Decent hike. Cab facility. Proper leave plan structuring. Supportive team members and a good place to learn.

Cons

Nothing as such, it has been a smooth experience. More work pressure and deadline, but management is supportive. No proper training for Employees.
