      Friendly environment, very nice people.

      Salary barely improves to keep up with inflation in this country so no raise is felt over the years.

      Good money, could earn more by working more hours in a week and weekends, team work and group focus meetings.

      Cons

      Some times you would have to work extra hours because of the project you are involved in, nights, weekends, over a normal 8 hour shift.
