Pros

Working hours are good, not super crunch needed this far. Immediate management understands that healthy ratio between office amd off hours keep the employees in better shape.

Cons

Pay is quite low. Career advancement options are weak and annual bell curve ratings ensure that there will be unmotivated employees for the next year as well.

Pros

- gym, relaxation area, canteen - a lot of friendly and fun colleagues - bonus at the end of the project (the game + money) - occasional gifts on holidays

Cons

- very few career opportunities - not so many training courses available if you wish to advance career-wise - financial motivation is pretty low
