Pros

Superior work-life balance. Awesome events and parties. People are generally very nice and easy to interact with. Great place to grow your career and learn new things.

Cons

If you want to try and make a difference and shakeup the Ubisoft formula, you won't. A lot of folks at the directors table are Ubisoft lifers and only know how to make Ubisoft games. You will end up making the same game ad nauseum.
