Pros

Nice studio, friendly environment, and good place to start and grow your career. Great work/life balance: I have never been forced to do unpaid overtime in the past few years - crunch doesn't really exist.

Cons

Ubisoft notoriously doesn't pay a competitive salary. Headhunters can easily poach senior talent because of this.

Pros

Opportunity to work on interesting projects and franchises. Ideal environment to learn. Amazing studios localisation and installations.

Cons

The fast productions velocity and high volume of contents to create in a small amount of time sometime lead creators to chose between lowering the content quality or overtime.
