New Bets has atrocious leadership that bases decisions on fear of criticism from the executive team, deeply held insecurities, and a culture of cruelty. Shockingly poor internal reviews of mid-executives, back-stabbing, and lack of managing to objective outcomes - entirely driven based on hallway conversations, innuendo, and what benefits a closed group of homogenous directors.
