Pros

The hours are up to you earn as much as you can within your logged in time* California Biweekly guaranteed minimum wage

Cons

The earning potential is fixed to maximize your activity on the clock while fairs are low with little to no way to improve earnings. You use your own vehicle, and pay for your own gas while wear and tear depreciates your property, and having to pay out of pocket to keep the ball rolling. You end up paying out of pocket to stay operating with a rough 60/40 split. Uber takes 60.

Pros

you can get your pay immediately.

Cons

Everything. Their hourly pay (which they hide from drivers intentionally so that they can pay you less and less the longer that you drive for them) is horrendously bad. Sometimes less than $6/hr after factoring in expenses. They have a variety of designs in their app to trick drivers into rides, to manipulate their pay, and to exploit driver's time.
