- Great autonomy - You learn something new every day - Fast pace and lots of problem solving - Work cross functionally across many global teams

Cons

- Promotion cycles are yearly and very hard to move up a level (even if you are a top performer). - No salary negotiations possible - everyone on the same level gets paid the same
