Pros

Don't find anything interesting to mention here. They are good at saying lame excuses for not giving hikes/increments.

Cons

I joined here as fresher in 2018. They will not provide proper salary hikes. Even employees with 2 years of experience are getting lesser package than some newly joined freshers. The company management utilized corona well for not giving salary hikes for employees. Don't even know how they got "Business Culture Award 2020 ". The only benefit i got from this company is a T-Shirt.

UST provides you good work life balance with also conducting numerous good programs to make their employees involved not only in work but also in other activities. The work environment is too good and project experience would completely depend on the team and manager.

Cons

The pay provided by UST is very less compared to other service based companies in its range. But you might get a good package if you join UST from another company.
