Good infrastructure and projects. Recognises hardwork within a project.

Cons

Once out of a project ie from pool its as if a clean slate. No matter how good you were previously we have to attend interviews and jump many hoops to get into the next project. But once you get a good project its good. But that in between is difficult. But sometimes you might end up in not so good project as well.
