Only if you have good overtime then your money is worth You are part of the union so they can’t fired you unless you are drinking on the job (common sense) They can’t tell you to rush the job but they have a way saying.
Cons
They have to lie 4 things about you even if you are doing everything right. The supervisor CAN NOT submit a perfect report about you. They have to come up with something that you are doing wrong. So they have to “Lie”. But apparently it’s legal to do that. They are not allowed to tell you to go “faster” hence they tried that and I got injured at work and they still have not learned the lesson. It’s all data to them. They tell you to hurry up (won’t say it to you but will pass it down the word) and then blame you for trailer not being on time while you don’t have any carts to load (it’s stupid). Also they Cheat on your time DAILY… usually 10min gaps. Always TRACK YOUR TIME.
