      Good First Job for Anyone but Do Not Recommend Staying Long Term

      Pros

      Co-workers were amazing, always helping each other out and making the day better. You are able to save up many days to take off and hours are set but if you need a day off, it shouldn't be a hassle.

      Cons

      Everyone who loads is overworked. You usually leave the day feeling sore but you eventually get used to it. An all male environment can make women there feel uncomfortable, especially because there are some creeps and perverts there. Expect to be treated unfairly as your time there passes by. Sometimes seniority rules are overlooked and you could be stuck doing more than you should.

      Pros

      Everyone works hard and they are upfront about the work being hard and hours suck.

      Cons

      They run the minimum amount of people to get the job done. You will work your but off for $10.15 an hour. No medical until you have worked one year

      Pros

      Friendly and helpful environment. You get paid for overtime, $15+ an hour (I think). They also offer health and insurance benefits and college tuition.

      Cons

      When it's slow, you get sent home and not getting the full hours you applied for. Work for 3-4 hours if business is slow. It's hard and you have to be in top shape and with a positive attitude all the time. Not enough sleep sometimes.
