Difficult to maintain work life balance

Great insurance, decent pay, average time off policy. Decent career opportunities. Job opportunities are offered to inside employees first.
Cons
"Bonus" of total compensation was recently slashed from 17% to 10% (FT employee level. Bonus % is higher for upper management and their % was slashed too) and the CEO did it with a big smile acting like a 10% cash Bonus was better than half in stocks and half cash. "Bonus" is included in total compensation but is not guaranteed. Can pay out at higher or lower that 100%. Also took away the Bonus payout for holding stock destroying the culture of employee ownership that has always been a tenant of the company. Difficult to maintain a work life balance. Can be a hostile environment with union employees and management being set up in a guards vs inmate situation. Employees exposed to elements in a warehouse environment. New "no tolerance" policy for inappropriate actions of a sexual and racial nature is a farce. Very sexist in a lot of ways.
