UPS Part Time Package Handler (Sort) reviews

Management will shave time off your time card to meet production numbers. My hours worked were being shaved off on a weekly basis so that the full time lead could meet his production numbers. Also when I moved to a skill position of sorter I was supposed to get a dollar raise. Never got the dollar because when I took the sort test they never certified me on my methods on sorting so I never got the dollar. The only way to get paid properly is to grievence issues with the union because management won't listen to you. I work at the Grande Vista hub and our full time lead has been cooking the books with our hours worked and management just seems to look the other way.
