slow career growth mandate to work in the hub when company needs you no matter what level you are at must always be willing to relocate anywhere in the world if you want to become a supervisor or above work late hours low pay

Pros

Very efficiently run company. No time to sit around or lean against a wall.

Cons

Pay is low, hours are short, paychecks are pathetic. It takes one year to get full benefits. If you start in November or December, you get no seniority until after January 1. They might even make you sign away that right if they want to keep you on.

Great benefits, you can work different shifts what work with your family schedule, especially if you have small kids.

Cons

Stressful lots of competition, limited promotion availability. You can have best education and still politics play the big roll. People start from the bottom and work their way up. You can wait 5-15 years till you get promoted to full time position.
