      Pros

      Great benefits reasonable pay stock options as well as good 401k package usually they promote from within (but not always)

      Cons

      Ups does not respect their employees was constantly harassed or belittled Nearly everything was micromanaged to the point of absurdity.

      Pros

      Some great people to work with. Built life long friendships. Developed people and communication skills. Fast paced and challenging enviroment. Good benifits.

      Cons

      In business you need to keep improving, set high goals and get results. Those that care about thier people, recognize thier accomplishments and work with them get those results. I learned this working at UPS but less and less management get this.

      Pros

      The benefits and tuition reimbursement make this job doable. The work and hours are tough. But as a college student, the hours were what worked best for me.

      Cons

      The work is hard and exhausting. You are filthy, tired, sleep deprived and poor. The benefits and union are good, but the money is pretty insignificant.
