      Pros

      Great pay to go with great healthcare benefits for a part time job. That's the only reason to work here.

      Cons

      Don't plan on moving up to a full-time position because it takes forever to move up. After 9 years with the company, I still have another 4 years of wait to a full-time position.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Retirement program. Large company that provides opportunities for those who are willing to make sacrifices (like most other Fortune 50 companies).

      Cons

      Long hours. Wearing multiple "hats". Lean and mean, means lean. Pay has been slipping over the years. Senior management is not always the best, just senior.

      The Benifits for part time employee's are unheard of being that, after a year of working for the company new employees get full benefits, the same benefits package that the full time drivers and every hourly employee recieve the same beneifits, including dental, vision, and health insurance,

      Cons

      The work is a lot, your body goes through lots of physical work including soreness, however if you dont mind doing the same routine everyday, sometimes the managers are stressed out, and yell a lot more than they should
