      Pros

      When I started working at UPS I didn't have much work experience in a office environment. After working there for 5 years I gained great skills that have helped me in future employment.

      Cons

      Employee's we regularly told to work with a "sense of urgency", which really meant work at record breaking speed until you mentally snap!!! Employee's felt like machines most of the time. Management wanted you to work until they saw you bleed "brown blood".

      high pay... positive accounts of work environment

      Cons

      seasonal work is erratic at best, some employees show up at hiring sessions raving about cleaning up w/ 3k in the one month after hiring, in reality however only a few employees get full time after black friday, they make jokes about how sick you will be of delivering packages etc, they're lying if you get a position as a seasonal worker at UPS get another job while you're waiting for that beloved NEVER COMING call they inferred you would but not legally would get.
