      great pay if they would work you. takes 7-10 years to get full time.

      Pros

      Great pay if you get the hours Excellent Brand Excellent Benefits

      Cons

      only those with 20+ years get hours. it takes 10 years to work full time. No set schedule. On-call. Cant afford to work here unless you have a working spouse or are independently wealthy. They put a good wage in front of you but you spend years chasing it. work till 8 PM each night if you do work while they leave other drivers at home unemployed while other drivers are out with too much work. Poor Management.

      Pros

      The tuition reimbursement is very good as well as their benefits. You will learn great leadership skills as well as a good work ethic.

      Cons

      The communication from upper management and their clarity in their orders are very unclear. The fingers get pointed at the one who has the lowest seniority no matter who is to blame. It feels like you are in high school with the rumors and the BS you have to deal with. The union environment is almost impossible to work in and makes it even more impossible to fire or discipline the employees who need corrective action.

      Pros

      Very supportive of time off, disability, and holding seniority. Also, no problem with military leave, very easy to communicate with management.

      Cons

      Management can micromanage at times. Managers are not authorized to work per the Union agreement with the company, yet a lot still do, then when you want to file a grievance they give attitude.
