Pros

Shift went by quick due to the pace of work. Drivers helper during the day shift you get ot during the peak seasons. It’s a good company to work for always a cookout or something like that for hitting the number goals.

Cons

Some people are just not cut out for this type of work. Being said people know how to cut corners or look the other way when you could use a hand. Overall it’s just like any job. Get out what you put in.
