Pros

You are just here to work and earn some money and go home. I enjoy working with the team. People are chill. There is PLENTY of room to grow, just gotta ask where you want to work at and they will let you try it out if you like it then you grow from there. Be patience too

Cons

Night shift can feel like a drag. But look on the bright side. I’m able to spend more time during the day with my family and such
