      Great benefits and a company with huge growth potential. They promote from within and offer numerous training opportunities for those willing to seek them out. There is also tuition assistance for full time management.

      Cons

      Your work life balance will be skewed to the work side in most positions. A career in operations is very time demanding and is high stress. Part time management positions are not as financially rewarding as the hourly part time or full time positions.
