Got to know different cultures and mind-sets. Food is always healthy. Colleagues are in general nice and informative. Other companies like to see your experience with UNDP

Cons

Slow processing procedure with redundant paper works. Too much idealism may lower your tolerance to real world mess. Snobbish people here and there. Too much travel

Payment often days, has a single reimbursement for travel expenses (3,800), may not be sufficient for / ticket if you are with family, great for improving networking, also a good opportunity for career.

Cons

LOA Contract, no benefits, they do not help with work visa, does not provide detailed information regarding the necessary activities that were not well explained in the employment contract.
