      Pros

      Very smart and nice people, I enjoy working with all of them. They are all very competent.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be bit slow, and poor opportunities for full time job. Plus interns are not paid.

      Creme de la creme of international bureaucracy; Slow decision making; Very slow hiring process; Good salary for staff, bad for contracts, volunteers; Unpaid internships; Staff forget the mission of the organization; Myriad of contracts with different benefits and rights under the same roof; Non professional managers; Corporatism oozes; One year contracts renewed at the last minute.
