Pros

Some colleagues were wonderful, smart, motivated, multi-lingual. I travelled extensively for work, which was enriching and was given a lot of responsibility.

Cons

There was a lot of corruption at the office where I worked. I uncovered theft among a group of staff members and when I reported it, suffered harassment and staff refused to provide any admin support needed. There was no cohesion in the office and it was a very hostile work environment due to these issues.

Very international work place. While the duty station was Istanbul, there were no Turkish people directly working under our team.

Cons

It is difficult to achieve visible results and realize the effects of development through business. As a result, it is difficult to maintain motivation for work.
