Pros
Great environment for development, the expereience you get is enormous. Additionally, you get the fullfilment of doing a job that you know has an impact on developing better living conditions for others. As an additional note, is posible to see the recognition of the work you do, as many of your activities has inpact on the different reviews.
Cons
Sadly, as the job is rewarding is also demanding. There is a lot to do in Colombia in regards of social development, which reflects on work load. Additionally, because of the stress from extra work, there are days where the working environment feels heavy. Because of the work demand, it is difficult to have a side job beside this one.
