You work for an organization with high values, aiming to make a better world. Good organization to have it in your CV. Training opportunities. Benefits (depending on your type of contract).

Cons

Benefits (depending on your type of contract: ie, consultants working in NY don't get a medical insurance, no vacation - although it can be arranged unpaid time off at the discretion of supervisor). Extremely hierarchical organization, slow bureaucracy. Job insecurity. Work life balance non existent.

Some of the smartest, hardest working professionals I have known in HQ, regional, and country offices. They deserve better management.

Cons

Hatchet job on the restructuring that will need to be redone once new management is installed.
