Pros

great learning opportunities, if work is with the project, hand on experience with the local community people and vendors

Cons

hierarchy or bureaucracy is very deep and makes working sometimes less efficient. growing opportunities are scarce and strongly correlated with networking aspect

Pros

1. International environment 2. You can get knowledge on how UNDP is politicly involved within solving Governmental issues 3. you can learn how project managment is functioning on international level by connecting all kind of reports

Cons

1. Everybody is replaceable 2. difficult to get promotion 3. they don't pay for health inssurance, pension, trainings...
