      Experience in engineering, manufacturing, tolerance levels, motors, heating appliances, high tech, medical. Interesting projects, wide scope of test. Working with international colleagues

      Cons

      Low motivation environment. Limited resources, Job pressure. Hidden agendas, Huge communication gaps between departments, high overheads, lots of blame game going around. Accounts not very transparent in terms of revenue, profit, budget.

      The mission of UL has been expanding to promote safe living and working conditions. We are leading the industry by writing and promotion of product safety and environmental safety standards.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Outsiders with no experience with UL and what we do are hired in (e.g. President of Product Safety)
