      Pros

      You will be offered comfortable starting pay for an entry level engineer. You will enjoy lots of travel opportunities if you desire. You will be thrown right into engineering work, with strong training to back you up.

      Cons

      The position doesn't require much creativity. Work can become monotonous, and at times feels like you are a customer service rep. Lots of pressure to meet company goals at times. The technology and databases are archaic and could be overhauled for increased productivity.

      Gives good balance between life and work with adjustable hours and work from home capabilities.

      Cons

      Cons don't come to mind at the moment. More pay is always an option I guess. But it is still satisfactory.

      40-hour work week A lot of long-time employees Company has been around for over 100 years

      Cons

      After going for-profit in 2012, management stated there would be no raises for 2 years, or until April 2014. Never gave bonuses on the past, citing their not-for-profit status as the reason.
