      Great work/life balance. SO many different business units and opportunities to move into Benefits above average Beautiful campus in Camas, WA Laid back environment - easy going people.

      Bureaucratic Management incompetence Low morale Customers are dissatisfied with inefficient pricing/turn around times "Playing the game" pays at UL

      The mission is safety. comfortable environment, flexible hours, good people. god place to start a career

      Very bureaucratic and political. rarely any room for career growth. mediocre but not terrible pay. Red tape and redundancies part of everyday work.

      Used to be good work-life balance but its slowly dying. If you dont want to work hard, you can hide easily. Playing the game pays off

      Some of the pros are obviously cons Movement up is based on who didnt get promoted last time Low pay and inability to recognize talent and hard workers; or at least reward them
