      Pros

      Professional work environment and knowledgeable staff. The company's compliance and training programs are the gold standard within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

      Cons

      Internal training programs could be improved. This is an area management is working on. The company has a good culture and you can ask colleagues or leadership for help without being penalized.

      Pros

      The culture is great, the people are friendly and management is willing to invest in your future. The benefits are competitive and the company gives back to the community through various volunteer opportunities. Every job has pros and cons, but overall it's a great company and group of people. They have a great employee referral bonus program. We are now in a new building that's very nice in Franklin.
